Without a shadow of a doubt, and by an extremely long mile, Nick and his team are the finest management and construction group I have ever worked with. I’ve built, renovated, and remodelled countless homes over the last 30 years, but this experience, the quality of the work, the management of the project and attention to every detail, is just by far the best I’ve ever had. Totally transparent, with a genuine desire to protect and support the client, Nick is just in a different league to all the project managers I have worked with in the past. He and his team are total perfectionists, going out of their way to make sure everything is exactly as planned and promised, they are always incredibly positive, even when there are unforeseen problems, and absolutely open and honest from start to finish, so I felt safe enough to leave them to do their jobs without any worry whatsoever. Nick was also bang on budget, even though there were problems we didn’t expect, and everything was discussed fully so I knew exactly where I was all the time. This was genuinely a hugely pleasurable build and I can’t say that about anything else I developed or built in the past. I cannot recommend Nick and his team highly enough, simply a phenomenal management and build team, and one I want to work with again and again in the future.
